Do Creative Minds Belong At Bob Jain Credit Suisse?

By Rob Sutter

At its core, Bob Jain Credit Suisse is an investment bank and people come into it for monetary purposes. They want to hire on the best people to take care of their funds and make sure that they will be able to properly manage them as well. It seems like a business mindset is most ideal for this company but are there other mindsets that can be implemented? I believe that those who pride themselves on being creative can play a part in this company's success as well.

Bob Jain Credit Suisse is home to many workers who understand their jobs and they will be able to do them well, too. There isn't a single reputable company that has gone against this but this bank seems to have taken the statement and elevated it higher. You want to be able to understand this business and, more importantly, perform well in the workplace. In addition, with workers like Robert Jain coming into the equation, success seems to be the only option that's available for said workers.

The element of creativity does not have to be lost in this kind of work, either. When you're talking about this bank, you want to consider that the workers want to be able to have an impact. Sometimes said impact can come about due in part to the way that certain workers allow themselves the freedom to think differently. They can exercise their abilities to think on a broader spectrum, which only helps to make them even more valuable workers, especially in one area of service for the bank.

Each bank brings in clients, as you could very well imagine, and they have distinct needs that must be met. Some of them may want campaigns built around their businesses and this is done well through the illustrators and photographers which understand how a good image should be crafted. They work within the confines that clients give them and built images suited to their needs. They can take just about any challenge given to them and make it into something worth investing time and money into.

I don't know if I could classify myself as any one kind of worker but I think I fall within the creative side much more than anything else. I appreciate how well businesspeople manage to operate but I have my own pace that I like to go at and my own images to create. It's something that I enjoy, even though I know that clients have their own needs to be fulfilled. It's where one has to determine where the line between job and leisure has to be placed.
